Work Manager: An unknown error occurred while processing the certificate

Hello,

Environment: SMP3SP8, WM 6.3, WPF

When I enter the app end point and hit sync, I get this error: An unknown error occurred while processing the certificate.

I also tried using ATE and the error log shows the following:

An unknown error occurred while processing the certificate., ..\..\..\..\Socket\win32\schannelSSLsockets.cpp#606:SchannelSSLstreamSocket::handshake

The client certificate is already installed and also I get "I'm here!" message.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Here is some note I already checked:

2195429 - Communication Error (14) and SMP 3.0 URL connection states "I am here" - SMP 3 Agentry

When you get the "I am here message" does the page show a certificate issue?

Are you trying to connect right to the server, or through a reverse proxy?

- Does the reverse proxy support and setup for pass Websockets connect?

Is the certificate using a wild card?

- The WPF SP08 clients are not setup for Wild cards in the server name

It's all running on a local Machine.

In IE, there is no error however Chrome I get the following warning:

Also here is the version of Agentry client I m using:

Can you elaborate more about the wild card cert?

Fouad,

Did you change the default ports?  Looking at the one screen shot it looks like you are connecting to port 8082.  Normally you would use port 8081 unless you are doing mutual authentication.

Try connecting to port 8081 and see if it works.
