Hi, Experts,

I solved the problem. that was a missing information in my tnsanames.

Thanks to all.

Now we try to make the transport fonctionality from an idenitity center to another one. so we did and when we open the the TASK exported from the other indentity it gives ORA-00942 table or view does not exist. it's only when we try to accede to the task. otherwise we can check the job and all the fonctionnalities. ? any idea about this ?

Hi Elmehdi,

What did you need to update in your tnsnames.ora file?

Thanks,

Hi Matt,

for the tnsnames problem must provide next points :

1- Make sur that you have aleardy a listnner on your Database
2- You must have the tnsnames in the correct directory

3-You should verifiy the tnsnames configuration as follow

<addressname> =

(DESCRIPTION =

  (ADDRESS_LIST =

  (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(Host = <hostname>)(Port = <port>))

  )

(CONNECT_DATA =

  (SERVICE_NAME = <service_name>)

)

)

4- Check also your Path and your environment variable

Hi Elmehdi,

Have you added the directory of tnsnames.ora file in 'PATH' environment variable?

Have you also added TNSNames in NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH in the file 'sqlnet.ora' under ‘Admin’ folder in Oracle home.

Kind regards,

Jai

Elmehdi,

I'd suggest reviewing all documentation.  You've probably missed a step or two.

Please confirm that you have done all installation steps correctly for an Oracle installation. If you have, can you please check the settings with your DBA team?
