Unable to delete Substitution Rule

Hi All,

One of the user is unable to delete the substitution rule from his UWL. Could any one let me how to delete his substitution rule and also found that AdHoc system is Failed. Please find the below issue screenshot.

Hi Rahul,

Turn off the rule and then delete the substitution rule.

Regarding adhoc connector try to restart the uwl service and then if issue occurs deactivate and activate the adhoc connector and check.

Tell the affected user to hit the "Delete" button and then scan the developer traces for errors. The rule is in status "Contains errors" so there is definitely something wrong.

Hello Rahul,

please share a bit more information. What have you guys tried so far? Are there error messages? What happens when you use the "Delete" button? Is something special about this user or the user the sustitution points to? One of them deleted? Have you checked the logs in NWA?

We can't see into your system, so you have to share.

Also you can try to restart the UWL application and check if it helps:

Share the trace messages with us so that we can check what's going on.
