Hi Rahul,
Turn off the rule and then delete the substitution rule.
Regarding adhoc connector try to restart the uwl service and then if issue occurs deactivate and activate the adhoc connector and check.

Tell the affected user to hit the "Delete" button and then scan the developer traces for errors. The rule is in status "Contains errors" so there is definitely something wrong.

please share a bit more information. What have you guys tried so far? Are there error messages? What happens when you use the "Delete" button? Is something special about this user or the user the sustitution points to? One of them deleted? Have you checked the logs in NWA?
