Inspection Notification as call object from Maintenance plan

Hello All,

The req is that from Maintenance plan, notification is created as call object.

Now from the notification, say we need to perform 10 tasks.

In case the call object was a WO, then the task list operations are directly reflected in the WO operations.

Now my question is how to show the task list's inspection operations, in the notification.

In case anyone can give any input, it would be great.

Hello Raj,

Let us first  fix as Notification is the Plan Call Object .

Then if you maintain Tasklist information in the Plan item, then you need to convert the called Notification to WorkOrder then these Tasklist operation would flow to Operations tab.

If you want to work only on Notification, but want some tasks equivalent to Tasklist operation should come automatically to Notification, then you need to do some customizing like explained in this document:

POC - Proof of Concept.

I always mentioned that 'Feedback matters'. In fact, without a Feedback a communication (here it is discussion) does not really complete. This helps others to confidently start working in these lines without a probability of wasting their valuable time.

If the task list is assigned from Maintenance item, then you cannot change the Task list in the notification.

Hi Raj,

You can define Tab 10\TAB08 for notification type in configuration, this allows you to attach Task list via maint. plan or directly in notification.

Right sunil.... we can include T/L in maint plan tab..... but from there we cannot see the details of operations included in the TL, from the notification screen.
