PCR for one month basic

Dear All,

Can somebody help me to write a PCR, where a (WT which is given one in a year).

Should be equal to one month basic of current year.

And where in Schema this should come?

1) Should the same month's basic be considered as the month in which the annual wage type is paid?

2) Standard basic from IT 8 or actual basic paid to the employee?

Hi Tania,

Yes it should be same month basic.

E.g  EE is getting 10000 as basic PM in 2016-17.

And in month of august i am paying 1MGT (Marriage gift), which should be one month basic.

Are you entering 1MGT in It 15 or should this be auto computed?

why you are writing a PCR...try this with Indirect Valuation

If you are entering it, use indirect evaluation. In v_t511, assign indirect evaluation module SUMME, variant B to wage type 1MGT. In v_t539j, create a new entry with 1MGT as valuated WT, the basic wage type as the base WT, percentage 100 & module SUMME.
