SBO Mailer Can not send Email

Dear Experts,

We are facing the following issue on SAP Business One 9.1 pl07 Mssql 2012 and microsoft office 2013.

We have set up sbo mailer to send emails via SAP business one Alerts,after the settings and test connection we schedule the time and the frequency of the email but no email send  with no warning 

Please tell me if skip any settings by mistake.

Hi Vassilis,

Could you check the Windows Eventviewers application log to see if there are any errors caused bij SBOMailer?

Hi Vassilis,

First step is to select the option of SBO mailer under Administration-->System Initilizaion-->General

Settings-->

Service tab Under service tab, there is an option to select default method through mail should be triggered.

I am able to do that successfully in my system. Below are the settings for your reference.
