Staging/Loging Issue In SYNC Interface

Hello,

I have a SYNC SOAP to SOAP scenario. When i am testing the interface from SOAP UI i am able to see the message Payload in P1D. I transported the scenario to P1Q. Now i am not able to see Payload content in QA. it says:

Also in P1D i can see

Whereas in QA only below is visible:

Already checked stagging option in NWA and its set a MS=3. Please let me now urgently what setting needs to be changed to see payload in QA for SYNC interfaces.
