Loading installer addon taking long time

I have SAP b1 9.0 whenever my client connect is show loading installer add on and it take so much time more than 5 minutes every time and after some time it show outlook add on outlook integration installation failed

Please help me

yes its install on server

all other add on installed but it take so much time

Are you running the client using right click>Run As Administrator?

Yes all user are admin and i also try try to run the program as run as administrator but same problem
