How to open soamanager

Hi SAP Gurus,

I have configured soamanager in erp with ip address 10.10.10.xx but this server is hosting (where our provider) but when i try to open soamanager transaction when i´m in the office I can´t, because the ip address is lan, but  the erp open through sap router.

Someone knows if I most configure before sap webdispatcher?

Hello Anderson,

This seems to be a little problem, you can't not directly resolve the hostname and ip.

You may need to use SAProuter port forwarding

Since your ERP system is hosted by a partner, why not create a VPN line to your partner?

Or you can temporarily let your hosting parter to put the SOAMANAGER weblink into public network to let you access from remotely.

I read the documentation, bue I have a doubt, when tell "oute parameter must be added to the configuration file of the client", I don´t understand, which one configuration file is ?
