For displaying tiles for SCN, Google etc. you can simply create Static tiles with the corresponding URL configured in the tile's Target URL property. SAP Fiori apps (assuming that the correct PFCG business catalog and technical roles are assigned in the front end system) would be displayed on the launchpad by default.
