Hi Rabi,
Check your compensation method in the Table no. V_T556U. what is maintained there for Deduction rule and quota type.
if you are doing Automatically then any issue is coming ? in manual then you have to maintain Quota type, compensation rule and no. of encashment days.

This looks like a normal behavior to me as you'll need to key in a value in 'No. to compensate' (i.e. hours to compensate).
