Displaying completed tasks in UWL

Dear All,

In universal work list, if any approver has approved or rejected any request I want to see the details of the request. Eg what was the request, when was it approved or rejected. and all other details of that workitem. Is that possible?

You can check the tasks status details in t-code SWIA / SWI1.

If you want report in a particular format you can develop your own custom report.

Thanks for the reply. We were actually looking for solution which will enable end users to view all the requests in UWL itself which are actioned by them along with request's each and every field details that was visible in UWL while approving or rejecting.

You need to change the XML file associated with UWL. Change the iview properties by executing in content admin. If you see the status option that was unchecked - you know what to do. If you want it as a separate tab in UWL, more work to be done in system admin role under UWL.
