Hi All,
SAP needs to login to our system having https url
which connection should I open and how ?
1. I gave acces to our WTS but only http url access is possible , not https
2 I read about 2016077 - Citrix GoToAssist support sessions
should my desktop should have citrix installed ?

Actually you should open the HTTP service connection, per SAP note 592085. When opening this connection, you can define an URL, which can be http:// or https://.
Remember that you need to put in the saprouter the actual HTTPS port, as a wildcard (*) cannot be used. You can check in your ICM for the actual HTTPS port.
If this remote connection cannot be opened, then the GoToAssist support session is a possibility - as long as you and the support staff schedule a meeting, so you can share your screen.

I think either you can install the SAP Webdispatcher for external https connection. or Citrix (Once again you may have license cost)

SAP usually use SAP router to access customers ERP , so they will send their requirements to you .
