Does SAP PI/PO support TLS 1.2 in JAVA

Hi,

We have the requirement to support TLS 1.2 for connecting to a government document portal.

I have seen that the ABAP stack supports this via the recent SAPCRYPTOLIB but I haven't been able to find the same for AS-JAVA.

So far I have not found conformation for TLS 1.2 support.

DFoes anyone know if it is supported or how I can check this myself?

Thanks, I had already seen that thread although not it's final conclusion which states that TLS1.2 is supported via security patches.
