Some questions about C4C Retail execution and SAP IS-Retail system.

Hi experts,

I have some doubts about this "retail execution" topics in C4C.

1. Is it necesary to integrate C4C Retail execution with SAP IS-Retail system?

1.1  if not, which functionality is available only in C4C without integration with SAP IS-Retail system?

2. i've read that SAP IS-Retail system is available in ECC EHP 6 .

2.2 this functionality is available without licensing? or the customer has to pay more money for that?

3. More documntation about this topics.

1. It's not necessary to integrate SAP C4C REX with IS-Retails however looking at process of retail its recommended to have integration reason being integration would benefit to have real time update about the ATP Information, Product Substitution, real time order confirmation and update pricing

Functionalities available without integration are

1. Visits -> Visit Planner, Routes, Visiting Hours

2. Survey

3. Customer -> Customer View, Customer Check-in, Customer Look-up

4. Product -> Product Recommendation, Product Look-up

5. Availability Check

6. Shopping List, Shopping History, Offers, Preferences

7. Loyalty ID

2. About Point 2 not sure wheather IS-Retails is available in ECC Ehp6
