Hi, I am On • Lumira Desktop is.29.3 • BI 4.1 w/SP 4 I don’t see ‘Publish to SAP BI' in my ‘Share’ options. See attached view I have However, I am able to save thru File >Save As in ‘Compose’

that's correct & expected behaviour . You are doing it right
the Share room is a legacy throwback, and infact, is removed entirely in the SP30 release which came out last week

Share room is going away as of Lumira 1.30 - you are saving it to the BI Platform
