Hi experts,
we deployed hybris marketing 1602 on a standalone Netweaver system.
During initial configuration (CUAN_INITIAL_SETUP) the generation of OData Services fails with an exception.
The metadata couldn't be loaded.
In the mentioned transaction /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG I found: "Exception /IWBEP/CX_EQ_TECH_EXCEPTION occurred"
The affected service is CUANPMOUTLH01_Q001_EQ_SRV.
We already implemented the sap note 2268665 without success.
Do you have any idea about this?
Thanks,
Anne
Hello,
SAP released the note 2307253 yesterday. This resolved our problem.
Kind regards
Anne

Hi Scott,
yeah that's right, having a quick look the note does not seem to be the solution.
But if you got the exact same error like Anne and me, the mentioned note will fix it.
The problem were some corrupt BEx-Queries, which are the source of the oData services to be activated.
So once the system tries to generate/ activate the mentioned oData services, it fails to do so because of problems of the underlying data-source (BEx-Queries already mentioned here and delivered by SAP).
The note fixes the delivered BEx-Queries and afterwards building the oData services on top will succeed.

Mirko
Hi Mirko,
thanks for your explanation.
in fact, i am doing the initial configuration of hybris marketing (1602) by running the CUAN_INITIAL_SETUP task list in STC02.
the error appeared at the step of Generate OData Services.
the error massage is :
Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend 'LOCAL_CEI' - Unable to connect to the system. Contact your System Administrat or. Diagnosis Authorization Error -No authorization to log on as a Trusted System Inc...
i don't think this error is same as yours but do you know what's wrong with it?
thanks in advance!
BR
Scott
Morning together,
according to SAP in our case the issue seems to be related to Netweaver 7.5 SP02.
They're still working on the solution and I think as a result there will be a new s-note like Mirko mentioned already.
Kind regards
Anne

Hi together,
meanwhile we also raised a message to SAP and are already in contact with one support colleague who is analyzing the issue. I'll keep you updated.
Greets,
Anne

Hi Anne,
our message is making progress.
It looks like SAP acknowledges this is a bug within the delivered content (regarding the TransientProvider of HANA model CA_CRPM_PM_OUTLIER_4).
I do think atm they are creating a new SAP-note to adress this problem.
Let's see how long this will take.
regards
Mirko
Note 2291976 should help to solve the issue.
Best regards,
Michael

The problem is that Easy Query uses something not existing in Info Provider.
I have such problem with these queries:
CUANPMOUTLH01_Q001_V01
CUANPMOUTLH02_Q001_V01
CUANPMOUTLSM1_Q001_V01
CUANPMOUTLSMD_Q001_V01
CUANREVOUTH01_Q001_V01
CUANREVOUTH02_Q001_V01
CUANREVOUTSM1_Q001_V01
CUANREVOUTSMD_Q001_V01
If you open any of them in BEX you will see message like this:
"Error: Add a key figure to the structure element '2H-FDQYYNF7DPLLK4XPNQWZLAPRD' in structure 'Key Figures''
All this easy queries use data from ERP scheme. In my landscape we use only CRM scheme, so I thoughtlessly adapted all queries - i have replaced wrong key figures first existing key figuries.
After that I called "regenerate query" in EQMANAGER
After this oData generation was successful

It feels like this is a problem with the content delivered by SAP. As i do get an error regarding the activation of InfoObject 0POC_RPC_ID which isn't listed in the BI-Content.
Either there should be an update of the BI-Content which contains this InfoObject.
Or there should be an update to the content-bundle(s) which reffers to another InfoObject, one which actually exists (as 0POC_RPC_ID may be a typo).
We did raise a message with SAP, lets see what they suggest.

Mirko
