New Pricing when coping in a Debit Request: Statistical Error

Dear All,

I have been trying to create a Debit Memo Request from an Invoice.

The Debit Memo has different pricing procedure to that of the Invoice by maintaining different document PP in Order Type.

In Invoice pricing procedure.

Condition A (Manual)              1000            Not Statistical,        

Condition B                            -100              Statistical                

Net                                        1000                                                                        

In Debit Memo Request pricing procedure

Condition A  (Manual)              Statistical

Condition B                              Non Statistical

In the Copy Control VTAF from Invoice to Debit Memo when I put pricing type D.

The values gets copied correctly but also the statistical value

Means in the Debit Memo Request, pricing looks similar to Invoice Pricing which is incorrect

Condition A (Manual)              1000            Not Statistical,        

Condition B                            -100              Statistical                

Net                                        1000      

It should look like

Condition A (Manual)              1000            Statistical,         

Condition B                            -100            Non  Statistical                 

Net                                        -100   

I tried a lot of pricing types from A to G.

The closest was B- Carry out New pricing. but here the Condition A goes Blank as it is manual.

Please advice

Hi,

Small info required. Are you able to refer the original invoice into a Debit Memo directly ( If the copy control settings have been configured) .? If so then cross-check for the statistical condition types?

If it is fine Check the Pricing Type in Billing to Billing Copy control and maintain the same in VTAF for Debit Memo request.

From Debit Memo Request to Debit Memo, The pricing Type is D (Copy Pricing Elements unchanged).

Hence the Value along with Statistical conditions get copied as it is.

From The Invoice to Debit Memo request. The Same Pricing Type D is there.

What I am looking at a pricing type which copies the price. & Not the Statistical Condition.

Please assist
