Responsible cost center and requesting cost centers are not ready for input

Hi,

I noticed the responsible cost center and requesting cost centers are greyed out when i create the WBS element for a particular controlling area. If i create the WBS element using the same project profile BUT a different controlling area, both fields are available for input. Does anyone know what is the issue here?

Hi Sanjay,

Kindly check the field selection for WBS and opt for input/Required for the said fields. And also check the influencing settings for controlling area and change to required controlling area.
