Service SRA012_SPEND_SRV failed. Contact your syst...

Hi,

I working on a Fiori Application and facing this issue.

Details are:-

I have Installed a gateway system and an ECC system. All RFC connections are successfully maintained.

Whenever i click the the app eg: MYSPEND, i found the below error on the screen:-

Service SRA012_SPEND_SRV failed. Contact your system administrator

I have also installed the SRA012 patch in the system.

Can someone explan me wha can be the solution.

Also check if service is active in following T-codes SICF and /iwfnd/maint_services

Hello Siddhartha,

Go to SICF->default_host->sap->bc->ui5_ui5->sap->FIN_SPE_MON activate this service

/iwfnd/maint_services/->add services->provide System alias->get services->find SRA012_SPEND_SRV -> assign package or local object and save.

you will now see the added service. click on call browser. you'll get a display metadata loaded.

I have already activated the services in SICF->default_host->sap->bc->ui5_ui5->sap->FIN_SPE_MON activate this service

In /iwfnd/maint_services/->add services->provide System alias->get services->findSRA012_SPEND_SRV

I am unable to find SRA012_SPEND_SRV.

I guess the My spend is just the first app and none of other apps work yet.

Hi Saksham,

Create one more system alias for Process Gateway for same client with software version as /IWPGW/BWF and Local SAP GW, For Local App check boxes should be checked.

Hi,

I have added the Alias the same way as mentioned the doc:-

But i still face the same error.

Error:

Cannot call service with URL: /sap/opu/odata/sap/SRA012_SPEND_SRV

Screenshot is the details of the Alias.

I have maintained ECD_210 as alias in services for launchpad.

But when run TR: /iwfnd/maint_services->Add Service-> Alias: ECD_210-> I am unable to find the service of myspend.

Also in sicf when i try searching SRA012_SPEND_SRV

in /sap/opu/odata/sap.

Then i am unable to find this particular service.

Please suggest me.

Hi Siddhartha,

Your system alias definition is incorrect, please double check the document again.

The root cause of the error is that you have not activated the OData service SRA012_SPEND_SRV in the transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE. So it is correct error message.

It should not be local system alias and SID, Client also missing. System alias should be like ECD_210_PGW for process gateway .

As suggested by Masa double check and give the definition correctly,

Thank you so much for resolving this issue.

Actually as soon i fixed the Alias i found ODATA service: SRA012_SPEND_SRV

in TR: /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE and added them. Now all the issue related to SRA is resolved and app is running fine.

Apps are working fine in my laptop but when i tried configuring them in my mobile phone.

Few apps like:-

1. My Prchase Document

2. Order from Requisition

are not visible in my IPHONE

the same i tried in laptop, its working fine there.

Please help me if there is any change required.
