When we creating a RFx, we wish realize a limitation to the function of "searching bidders".

However I can't find is in PFCG or SU21.

Is there anyone can provide me suggestions?

This cannot be controlled via authorization, since the original design is controlled by webdynpro level.
This button is enabled by the property below:

I already show you where this is controlled. It is not controlled via coding, but webdynpro settings for property.
