Metadata capture for attachments of Notification sent from iPad

Hi Experts,

Kindly suggest does the WM6.2 application has the feature of updating metadata of the attachments like (Date taken..etc) to back end.We are attaching a photo from device iPad to the Notification in back end system.When we save the attached photo of Notification updated from WM6.2 application to local PC, the meta data of the attachment(photo) is not shown.

Kindly suggest does the standard WM6.2 application captures the metadata of the attachments from device and update to back end.

If Customization's are required, kindly suggest the key areas where custom code to be implemented( Agentry/java/abap)

Hi Sravanthi,

I think it should be a feature request.

You'd better tell why it is necessary for the daily work.

Then as a workaround, I think you can add the information you want in the description part.

Thanks for the response.

We are saving the attached Notification pictures from back end to local PC and verifying the meta data of the photo.We could not able view the date taken field in the photo properties.

Could you please suggest on the customization to be carried out in Agentry,java and abap to achieve this functionality.
