Hi Guys,
Can we have different unit of measure for Sales order and billing documents.
e.g. Sales order entered in Grams and billing need to be done in KG.
Price per unit and qty will change in Billing.
Is there any standard way for this.
Regards,
Nil
Kindly refer to Michael Kozlowski provided thread, member * Ammarah * (Away) has wonderfully explained as how to achieve such requirement. Choose routine or enhancement whatever that's convenient to you. If you need any further help related to this, you can ask freely. Thanks.

Hello Nil,
I dont think this can be achieved in std. By creating copying control routines this will be possible.
What is the business background for this requirement?

Hi Nile,
You just need to configuration of the MMR for those particular items which you need to make SO, delivery and invoice. In MMR in basic data 1 tad put the base unit of measurement Gram and do the settings of additional data tab of the conversion of gram and kg. Secondly you need to put some logic in VTFA (copy control) of Item routine. Take some help of ABAPers for writing the logic.
