NW 7.4 NWBC HTML UI Problem with Corbu theme!

Dear Experts,

Recently we have upgraded our ECC 6 EHP5 to EHP7 kernel 740 and everything in NWBC portal is ok but in Component Configuration page there is a problem with Curbo theme. this theme is a default theme and we kind of like it but there is some issue with rendering in Configuration Page like screenshot below:

then i found when i add following parameter to the page address and reload it, the result is just fine:

i need to explain that the problem show up only in Component Configuration page but NWBC itself is ok.

Do you have any idea what may cause this problem?

Please go through these notes and see if any property,correction mentioned is relevant to your scenario:

2180913 - Smart UI: Theme lost in navigation

2201547 - NWBC falls back to a default theme in case of a non-existing theme is set in the URL
