ECTR-open origial issue

Dear all.

I want to open a origial to read, but a issue appear

all of others type origial are all the same，I have upload sap ectr setting to sap system.

do you have a good method to solve the issue

Before you open the incident, please check if you have correct implemented the steps from the ECTR Installation guide chapter 3.3, 3.4 and 3.5.
