STOP WORKFLOW -Button inactive in SAP PLM WEB UI Portal

HI Team,

I have a query .

I am using a PLM WEB UI portal for SAP DMS module to access the DIRs.

In that , the tab" Workflow" I could see there a button  called "Stop workflow".

but it is deactive in my portal . i would like to have this as active one.

Can anybody help me in this.

Is it possible to screenshot ? with version info

I could not able to get the screen shot due to client protection policy

The Correct name of the button is "End workflow".

And Can you pls suggest how to get the Version details .

The version is EHP7 for SAP ERP 6.0
