Message failed in PI SFSF Integration

Hello All,

I am getting below error message when an ad-hoc report is being executed from SAP ECC ssytem for Success factors Recruitment integration

Performed full cache refresh. Service Interface and ICO activated. But still the error is not resolved.

Please help me.

Hi Naresh,

Did you create the ICO with

communication component :

Interface     :

Namespace: i cannot see in the error, so you maintain the proper namespace

And check the ICO cache status green or not by using Integrated Configuration->Display Cache Status, if not repeat cache update for instance like below.

On the central adapter engine, it is showing red with description as "Some objects could not be updated on the cache instance"

Did you repeat the cache instance?? if still not work then make a dummy change and activate the ICO
