Problem with Export to Excel option

Dear All,

I am trying to export my table to content to Excel using Export to Excel WebApi command.

But when i execute it, it just opens some window and closing automatically.

can any once please check that, my WebAPI command is correct or not!

What data service are you using?

Do you have a BI installed?

Where BI should be installed? BI is installed in my Portal. BI usage type is there.

the data service i am using is, 0pur_c01_Q0011: purchase order qunatities.

My problem got solved, there is no problem in the API or somehting else. It is the problem with the system i am executing. in the other system it is executing.
