Java system Password reset from OS level

Hello All,

Can you please help me with resetting the password of user from OS level? Database is MSSQL. I tried with config tool and updated ume.superadmin.password then restarted the instance. But, still I am unable to login with SAP*.

Where does I did wrong?

Please give me workaround.

What is default trace after system restart.

I have did same as mentioned in the document. But still, it is showing authentication error.

Hello Atul,

Fault might be from my side. I again tried that procedure and then it worked. I logged in with SAP* now create user administrator.

I already did that. After that only I defined password for ume.superadmin.password.
