Restrict the Search criteria status in pull down list when searching ChaRM t.type

Hi All,

How to Restrict the Search criteria status in pull down list when searching ChaRM t.type

As shown below, for Normal change the search criteria status showing SDMJ, SMMJ and ZMMJ. but i kike show only ZMMJ option in this filed.

how to remove the SDMJ and SMMJ from this status field.

Any idea how to restrict the SDMJ and SMMJ from the below screen.

Also I have checked the 2147998 - How to restrict the status in pull down list when searching in CRM UI. but still showing the same status .

Try removing the authorization for these in the roles from the users and it should go.

We are not able to restrict this authorization. I am looking the solution for standard removal from SPRO settings.

Ok, if you have cleared below authorization fields with no S* values it should work.

PR_TYPE

STSMA

I just did this and had did this earlier also.

Hi Karthik,

One other way is to set Standard transaction types (SMMJ,SDMJ) as Inactive in SPRO, if you are not going to use standard transactions.
