Error in creating offer document in SAP

Hi Gurus,

We are working for automobile industry where our client is creating a wholesale offer in a Vehicle.

There is a situation arises where we are getting STD. SAP error:

"Internal error in Communication between configuration and Sales doc.configuration_processing
Error in VBAPKOM 000010"

We tried to replicate this in our test environment but we are unable to replicate the same and without replication it is being very difficult for our technical team to find the root cause for this because it is somewhere hitting to standard SAP error.

I have also checked many threads but nothing is working here.

Could you please suggest what went wrong here and what i need to check to resolve this issue.

In SAP, how they are creating this order?  What is the error message number?  Nevertheless, seems to be some configuration related settings are missing for sale order.  May be you can try running the report RCU_CHECK_CONFIGURATION in Test mode as described in the following note:-
