Not able to find / download the MDG 8.0 guide document

Hi experts.

I am was trying to download the full product guide for SAP Master Data Governance 8.0 at:

For whatever limiting reason – it stops at page 162 which is section 1.1.2.3  …….. which is exactly the section where it starts to talk about material (material master data being by topic of interest)

The file itself coms with a note:

This PDF document contains the selected topic and its subtopics (max. 150) in the selected structure. Subtopics from other structures are not included.

The selected structure has more than 150 subtopics. This download contains only the first 150 subtopics. You can manually download the missing

subtopics.

This is very frustrating because it does not say where I would get the delta documents.

Any ideas where I can download the missing content?
