Shopping Cart details displaying

Dear Experts,

in the Portal 7.0 when I click on 1000000613 nothing happens. Usually we are expecting a new pop window displayed with the Shopping Cart Information and details. What can cause this issue, do you have any idea.

We have SRM_SERVER 700 Level 0002 SP SAPKIBKV02 in use.

I regret to say it didn't solve the problem.

Nothing works even clicking "Display"button nothing happens.

I have come across a similar problem: we change the configuration in IE and solved it.

Does this issue only happen to IE browser? What about other browsers?
What about other links in the left window? can you create SC?

You also mentioned that you are using portal 7.0, please tell me the NW 7.0 SP and patch used in your system.

Hello,

This can caused by browser settings and also rendering/browser compatibility.

First please make sure that the browser security settings are not blocking pop-ups. After that check that the used browser is compatible with your SRM and SAP_BASIS version. For more details here: https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/YZh9Fw

If the issue still persist even with the compatible browser, update UR version according SAP SCN Wiki page:
