Deletion Job Not working - PO 7.4 Single stack

Hi Team,

we have cancled all messages form last year.

In oder to delete those mesages .. i have manaually run deletion job..

but i have noticed that its not working as expected.. i can still see all messages in cancled state.

can you pls tell me what went wrong.

Hi Pradeep,

Deletion job deletes message itself (header + payload) but does not clean statistics for these messages. If you click on number of cancelled messages from the last year (on Database (overview) page) will system open message itself? With header and audit log? If no, then it means that message was successfully deleted from DB.
