Incorrect Email trigger to a partner function

Hello All,

We are using a  normal change for 3 Tier system landscape. There is a customized partner function as "Q&R", who supposed to receive mail when the status of the CD is in "In Q&R Review". But he is receiving mail for all the status changes which is irrelevant to him.

I have checked the Action definition of "Q&R mail sending" and in the start condition i can the only required status is maintained. Not sure why he is suddenly started receiving mails for all status changes. I do checked the Processing Log under the particular CD, where i can see the "Execute Actions" as "Sending Email for Q&R approval" after every status change.

Please help me to fix this issue.

Hi Prabhushankar,

Please check "schedule" and "start" condition content for this action.

If it is correct then you can try to re-create the configuration of start and schedule conditions and save it.
