Functionality of the Dates tab in the delivery header

I would like to understand the general functionality of the "Dates" tab in the delivery header, what is the EVENT used here, and how to config those events?

Any customizing path or SAP Help link on this will be much appreciated.

I checked, but F1 help is too generic for me to figure out the functionality.
