can not receive a work item after start a engineering record

Hi all

I am setting up the ER in DEV system, and encountered a problem, I created a Engineering record, and as you know, when I changed the Engineering Record status to"20-...", the SAP user in the process route should recieve a work item in the work inbox, but it's not work as expect, below contains some screenshots, please check:

Hello Hongyun

I think you need to define workflows in " Event for case" .

For initial status event  can be "CREATED" but for rest of status you need to define the workflow

for item to appear in workview for ER.
