Secretary should create leave request for head of department

We look after a solution for the use-case that the secretary requests a leave for the head of department. We tried to assign two SAP Gui User to one SAP Person but we could only assign one Person to one User at a time.

We use "My leave Request V2".

Hope someone have a solution or a hint.

How about teaching how to create a leave request to the boss? It is a zero cost solution.

Currently entering "On-Behalf" is not supported. I do not think there any easy way of enhancing the app to do it. I would suggest you to create your own custom Fiori like app for this requirement.
