Role Request is not picking the Approver

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create a single role in SAP GRC 10.1. After role approval stage request is creating but in instant status no approver found.Request is not present approver work inbox.Audit log it is showing request went to particular approver for approval.please help me to solve the issue.

sorry for the late reply we are using GRC10.1  SP10. we configured BRF+ to select the approver according to business process wise.

can you please have a look at what information you have provided and ask yourself if you think someone in the community is going to be able to help you? We don't know what your business processes or configuration are
