NWBC for HTML: Fiori/Bluecrystal design for navigation

Hello,

we've currently upgraded our ERP system to SAP_UI 7.50 (SP3), giving us the opportunity to use the Fiori (sap_bluecrystal) style to both webdynpros w/ and w/o FPM.

Now, if you start a NWBC role adding parameter "sap-theme=sap_bluecrystal", webdynpro screens are rendered that way.

However, the navigation bar on top and on the left side remain the same style as it was with sap_corbu.

Is there a special setting to be made to retrieve a Fiori-like top and side navigation or is it simply not shipped yet?

Hello Wolfgang,

Top navigation in blue crystal is not yet available for NWBC, so as you said it is not yet shipped.

I have to say I'm a bit surprised about this. Is NWBC HTML really going to get this feature? I thought NWBC HTML wasn't going to get any more changes and the focus was now on the Fiori Launchpad.

Are there other planned innovations for NWBC HTML?

Bluecrystal theme will be implemented in NWBC for HTML, that is all I know yet.

Thanks, that's great. Hopefully that means it will become easier to make custom changes to the NWBC HTML theme too.
