Incident can be saved without filling mandatory fields

Dear Experts,

  My problem is this: Incident can be saved without filling mandatory fields using role SOLMANPRO

I saw the notes 1931783 - Incident can be saved without filling mandatory fields and 1772650 - ST710:You can save a message even though mandatory fields are not filled in but still I can save without filling fields marked as mandatory.

Because of that, my incidents are keeping without SAP Component and even without Sold-to-Party information

What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi

Have you maintain the below parameter

Set parameter NO_SAVE_MAND_FIELDS  Value  X  in the table SMOFPARSFA.

Key will be CRMORDER.

Hi,

    Yes I did that, note 1931783 - Incident can be saved without filling mandatory fields indicate this.

I saw the other notes, but still I can save when I create one incident having mandatory fields empty.
