I am very new to solution manager. Can some one help me in understanding: How to manage trouble tickets in solution manager?

Thank you for your reply. I am not able to open sim files on my computer. Can you please assist me in opening them?
I might be sounding silly but do we manage trouble tickets using service desk? Are trouble tickets nothing but messages? Please reply

Install it and you can open. Problem messages are issues. Yes Its just like Solution Manager Ticket.
