OS07N- Operating system log can not be opened

Hello,

Operating system log and hardware information is not displaying in the transaction OS07N.

Getting error as File does not exist or cannot be opened.

But those information, we could see using the transaction ST06.

Please help me to get the information under OS07N transaction.

Hello,

I have implemented the SAP Note 2063578 and 2270807. Now I am able to see the hardware information under OS07N.

Hello,

I have implemented the SAP Note 2200289 and the issue still not solved.

I have tried the SAP Note 1590193 but no luck here also.

Please help me here how to resolve this.

What is your kernel/saposcol/hostagent version ?

what is your OS ?

Possible please apply latest saposcol/kernel/saphostagent.

Please find the current version in the system.

Hostagent - 7.20 patch190

kernel - 7.21 patch 500
saposcol  - patch 622

OS- Linuxx86_64

Hi Bin,

As per SAP Note, I tried to set the profile DIR_PERF = /usr/sap/tmp in /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/host_profile and restarted agent.

Still facing same issue.

Please let me know whether I am setting the profile wrongly.

Hi Sriram,

Please see the screenshot of the error. I did not notice any error log in SM21.

When checking I could see the logs are present under the directory /usr/sap/tmp
