Hello

I have this output type defined for transport application V7

And it is well defined for my shipment type in VV73

But, after creating my shipment document, this ouput type is not generated automatically.

Would you please help to check what is missing in order to have it generated automatically ?

Thank you.

Hi ,

Just check the Shipment Document in VT02N - Goto - Output - Processing Log .

Messages are determined automatically via conditions. Show your setup there are quite some steps and from your few pieces of information it cannot be evaluated if you did all:

Hello

Thanks for your response.

This is how the related access sequence is maintained

It does not work until setting the third key combination through VV71.

Then I should maintain the forwarding agent otherwise, it does not work ?

Sorry, could you please explain to me the logic ?  I did not understand.

Hi,

In your VV71 Screen maintain the forwarding agent details and press Communication Key (F2).

Flag the Print immediately option and save the condition record .

Recheck the output in your shipment document by changing some values and save the document.

Hi

Thanks for your response, yes I've done so.

The problem is , that I wander why it takes into account just the third key combinations.

If it is not set, no output type will be generated automatically ?

What is the rule for that, I need to consider the second key combination.

Thanks for your help.
