How to add a theme to user preference in sap s4hana fiori launchpad i can see only the default themes in user preference your support highly appropriated .

Dear Michael thank you so much for your quick reply as for my understanding it mention 

This parameter determines whether the end user can set the theme in the User Preferences dialog.

When set to true, the end user can select the theme to use.

When set to false the end user can see the current theme, but cannot select a different one.

can suggest me where i need to set as true in sap fiori launchpad. my apologize for the very basic question .

Dear Mentor i have created my own theme in UI Theme Designer lets say i name it FIORI_NEW this theme is not showing in user preference . as guided earlier

When set to true, the end user can select the theme to use.

When set to false the end user can see the current theme, but cannot select a different one.

my question is where i need to set true
