Error SEA/MopZ while generating SEA CRM EHP4 analysis

Hello,

We have tried to generate an SEA analysis from CRM EHP2 to CRM EHP4 SP1.

Unfortunately a critical error prevents us from downloading the files in Maintenance Optimizer (OS/DB non-dependent files Step).

Errors :

- ABAP Queue Check resulted in no valid queue. Result status 'Partial Delivery Possible' ('I').

- Installation/upgrade package for add-on BBPCRM Release 714 does not exist

We have tried to resync the BBPCRM (currently release 702) add-on on SMSY/LMDB/SLD, but it didn't solve the issue.

Is there any known workaround? CRM EHP4 is somewhat new (2016/01/20), so maybe MopZ is not up to date yet.

It looks like it is not able to find the required add-on on the marketplace?

Hi Alexandre,

Check your CIM model and CR content if it is upto date.

Can you confirm if you have run the landscape verification tool for the CRM system, check if it is reading all the the components present in your CRM system.

In Lmdb what is the product instance had been applied to BBPCRM, it should be SAP CRM only.

Thank you but SNote 2263653 - "Planning and Maintaining SAP Systems based on SAP NetWeaver 7.5 and higher" actually explains the problem. We do not have a choice but to use online Maintenance Planner (apps.support.sap.com/mopz) to generate the XML file, or push the required packages in the basket.

However we don't know how to "give" this .xml to SEA... Manual confirmation from MopZ of the files does not seem to work.
