Cannot find startdb, DB startup failed

Dear Experts,

Recently, we done System Refresh for SAP Netweaver 7.4 system (target) runnning with HANA Database.

Actually, we found the source system DB user in transaction DBACOCKPIT -> System Landscape -> System Configuration. In order to create new System configuration with correct DB user, we tried to delete this existing user. But, we get the error message Currently monitored system entry may not be changed; Message No. DB6PM293. So, we deleted this wrong User from HANA Database Studio (Security -> Users). But, we're not able to start SAP system. From system logs, we found the error message Cannot find startdb, DB startup failed.

Do we have to create new Database user in HANA Studio or is there any other alternatives?

This is R3trans verison 6.25 (release 742 - 07.10.15 - 17:42:42).

unicode enabled version

2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = HDB    ---  SERVER =  '  '  PORT = '  ' "

R3trans finished (0012).

Please find trans.log screenshot file in attachment.

Any suggestions to troubleshoot the issue?

As shown in log,it is faild due to auth failed.

Can you please set correct password

using

hdbuserstore SET DEFAULT hostname:3nn15 SABSID <password>

Check the hdbuserstore -list if the new user is correctly maintained.

Hi Ning,

We set correctly the new user by overwriting the old user.

From hdbuserstore list command, we get below result:

DATA FILE: /home/SIDadm/.hdb/hostname/SSFS_HDB.DAT

KEY DEFAULT

     ENV  :  hostname:port

     USER: SAPSID

Any suggestions, please?
