Hi Experts,

In PPM item financial planning section I am getting an additional blank row (which is not required for us) as shown below:

Could you please tell me how can I hide/remove this to appear ?

Best Regards

Saurabh

Dear Saurabh,

in the ALV-financial planning screen it´s not just possible to switch off the total line. This is a technical restriction: switch off one line (total) and leave th other ones (subtotals) is not possible. The PFM application uses for this functionality the generic ABAP List Viewer tool. The case where subtotals are required but the total should be suppressed is not foreseen by the current ABAP ALV.

If you absolutely need to see the subtotals yet to suppress the totals line, it´s possible to revert to the

"old" financial planning screen (switch 0002/0012).

Best regards,

Judith

Dear Saurabh,

call the customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Portfolio management > Global Customizing > Global Settings > Override Default Global Settings

Go to Area 0002 - Name 0012 and remove the "x" flag.

(ALV Display for Financial and Capacity Planning ('X'=On, ' '=Off))

When the entry isn´t available you have to create it first.

Best regards,

Judith

Thanks Judith,

It worked. Thank you very much.

Could you please explain me little bit more about this Configuration settings because I can see a lot of parameters being made/set on this screen.

If its a long discussion I will create a new thread for it.

Best Regards

Saurabh
