Requisition Approval App - Work Item receive to all the users in Fiori

Hi Team,

I have configured the Fiori Requisition Approval app as per the standard configuration and have assigned the Task ID TS00007986 in Purchasing Purchase Requisition Approve Requisitions App Specify Workflow Task IDs for Approve Requisitions App.

I can see the tiles count on the app too.

My workflows configured in ECC are sending the workflow to SBWP of Release agent assigned against the release code but in Fiori Launchpad all the users are receiving the work item. I cant figure out the reason behind this behavior, seems a bit abnormal

Can you please help me solve it, as we're approaching into the UAT Phase urgent help is requested

Hi Ali,

My guess is that the trusted RFC has fixed user and everyone gets same data from fixed user's inbox.

Hi Ali,

First check that task should not be Generic Task. Check the authorizations, Agent assignment Rules, expressions.
