How to transport the content of NW BPM from development to Quality

Hi Experts,

I have created a NW BPM and deployed in development environment. It is working fine.

Now we want to move it to higher environment using transport.

I checked in SCN and found that we have to use NWDI for transporting a NW BPM.

I did not found any document which has the clear step mentioned.

Can somebody help me what needs to be done from PI side in order to transport the content of NetWeaver BPM.
